Greetings!
New cityscape. I walked around and took some photos in Denver during my visit for the Gallery 1261 reception. It's good to carry a camera. You never know when a possibility might present itself. Here is the raw photo:
What caught my attention was the large foreground shadow with the intense blast of sunlight on the street in the distance. On the right is the Colorado Convention Center with a giant bear sculpture peering in the windows.
First stage. Knife and plenty of paint. Small 8x8 panel. 1/20th of the surface area of my last painting....variety is nice:
