It is official. Next month we are moving to beautiful Seattle, from whence we came.



Full circle.

New figure painting. My goal was to make in interesting pattern of black against light, using the figure as structure.

First stage. Beginning this loose made for more work later in the sense of correcting for proportion in the figure, but made my job of thinking in abstract patterns easier. An appropriate tradeoff for this painting. All knife:
